Returns & Exchanges

We want you to find your flow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your GIBBON Balance Board, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Board

  Carefully place the balance board and roller into the original box, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
